eating and exercise

I know I saw this posted already, but I can't find it I joined a gym, so the question is....work out before or after dinner/ I would think after, however I have trouble eenough trying to get between 1100 - 1200 calories AND Im used to eating in the evening 7 or so? any tips? please and ty! :)

    I struggled with this previously. I found that if I ate before my workout I would become lazy. So now, I prepareh my meals throuhghout the week, workoutout within the hour after arriving home, do a few chores around the house, shower and wind down. It works for me.

    I don't see any reason not to eat afterwards especially if you are not going directly to sleep. Your body continues to burn calories at a higher level for awhile afterwards and needs some fuel too.
