Should I eat the creme brulee

i have 59 calories left today, and the creme brulee is calling my name.

Should I opt for the healthier snack or just go for it and *kitten* the calories.

    2 questions...

    1) What will the creme brulee cost you and

    2) is it worth it?

Answers to those questions will tell you what you need to know. If it's going to cost a lot but it's worth it, enjoy. If it's not that much and it's worth it and nothing else will do, enjoy. If it's going to cost a lot and it's really not worth it, don't.

If it doesnt become a trigger for you....I just made strawberry shortcake for my girls and wanted so bad to have just a bite, but I know it could set me off.

My philosophy is, if I've been good for the past few days, I deserve it and can go over a little. If not, I need to stay on track and resist the temptation. How many calories are in the creme brûlée?

My gut is saying you probably should opt for the healthier snack. Stay strong and don't give in to temptation!

Nothing tastes as good as thinness feels!

Is the momentary satisfaction worth going over your daily goal?

    p.s. I looooove creme brulee!

I'm looking at creme brulee being 800-1200 calories depending on portion size. That's definitely a cheat day food.
