But not the "oh no I gained weight but it might be TOM question" 
I get sick EVERY STINKING MONTH from October to April right before TOM. Sore throat, congestion, just feel awful. Usually lasts around 5-7 days, and it stinks!
Does this happen to anyone else?
Any ideas WHY this would coincide with TOM?

I get queasy before TOM. Just different fluctuations of hormones.0

Maybe you have low iron! Go to your OBGYN! =P0 -
I don't have this problem, but maybe low iron or low "good" bacteria. Talk to your Dr., eat yogurt with live cultures and eat lots of dark green veggies.0
