Cardio and Weight Training- which session first?

mightn
Posts: 35
I am doing 6 Cardio sessions a week and 4 heavy weight training.
So obviously I have some days when I do both.
Does anyone have any theories on which session I should do first and what sort of time gap I should be looking at or doesn't it matter?
Thanks

Yep weight training then cardio, otherwise your too tired to do the weights correctly, etc.!0

Trainer just told me WEIGHTS FIRST.... when you still have your stores of energy, as you need most energy for moving the weights, whereas you dont need as much to do cardio.....I had been doing it the other way around. I must admit I do feel like I am seeing more results doing weights first.0
