I can't get mine to work it says "walk around to activate your sensor" but nothing happens?

anyone know why/

  When your first doing it, it can take a bit of walking to pick it up. Keep trying. Did you turn it on with the little button underneath the senseor?

  Did you buy the sensor and install it in your left shoe.
