Trying JNL Fitness Model Program.

I found JNL Fitness Model program and have since become very interested in it. I just started the program which seems very simple and healthy. Jennifer Nicole Lee has a very inspirational story...she lost 80 lbs after having two children and has since become a fitness model. It's amazing. I bought her fitness model book and finished it within 2 weeks. I downloaded the book to my phone so I could remembr what workouts to do at the gym. The thing I need to work harder on is my eating!! I need to eat more protein! I have a goal to lose 30 lbs....but more importantly I just want to be in awesome shape and look good. Wish me luck!

    Im just wondering how JNL is going for you. Im thinking of changing up my work outs, and like you need to work on my food!

    I really love her program! I'm getting more toned and I work out better when I know what I should be doing. I think her program is easy to stick too I keep a log of what I do and when I do it. I've only missed a few days of working out. The work outs are getting easier and I'm actually having to up the weights that I'm using. I'm still working on eating healthier though.
