I can't get mine to work :/ it says "walk around to activate your sensor" but nothing happens?

anyone know why/

    When your first doing it, it can take a bit of walking to pick it up. :) Keep trying. Did you turn it on with the little button underneath the senseor?

    Did you buy the sensor and install it in your left shoe.
