    great job!! congrats! any advice..how did you do it?

    First I changed my eating habits....I was eating fast food way too often. I still do....I don't want to feel like I'm punishing myself...but no where near as often or as much. And I make better choices when going out. Then I joined a gym...I have a lot of videos to do it at home but I keep with it better when I make myself get out of the house. And finally my doctor told me about this website and I never realized how important it was to really track my calories. I knew I needed to eat about so much but with snacks I'd forget and not add things up right. Now if I want something I look at how many calories it has and how many I have left for the day to see if it's worth it....If it is then I have it....if not I try to find a middle place. Hope this helps :)

    Wow you look so amazingly beautiful, before and after. It is so awesome to see what you have accomplished and that you did it no matter how long it took. You are such an awesome inspiration to not just me but everyone and I thank you so much for making me see how the outcome can be. I am doing really good for the 2nd time on here but it does get hard and frustrating. Sometimes I get so mad ( I am an emotional eater) that I just want to go eat a huge piece of chocolate cake or something...but then I realize I need to stick with this right now and have things like that later when I have got closer to my goal. I can not have a huge cheat right now bc I am only in 17 lbs lost and I do not want to ever see those 200s again and I already have gone back once, never again!

    Than you again so much, you are an amazing person!
