New to site - Looking for friends!

Yo everybody,


Just joined the site yesterday, figured it all out and started using it today.
I'm sick right now with a cold but I can't wait to take full advantage of all these excellent tools and begin logging all of my diet & workouts!! Especially can't wait for this cold to pass and get back in the Gym!

The heaviest I weighed was back in High School Senior year at 240 and was able to get down to 180 by graduation.
Continued to run and bike for a few years after then recently last year I began to put on some more weight.
I have been lifting for just over 6 months now and when I started I was at 210
Right now Im sitting at 185 pounds, hoping to get down to 175.
Basically looking to have a 6pack or atleast be shredded as possible for the summer time!
