Hello. Was wondering what brand of wrap has the lowest calories for all those wrap lovers out there? Currently using Morrisons own-brand at 185 cals per wrap but would like to try and find something lower if possible.

I use the weightwatchers wraps, they're only 107 calories! They're a tad small but you can always have two. ;)

I love using them as a pizza, putting a bit of humous, peppers, onions, celery and feta on them and sticking them in the oven - yum! And usually just over 300 cals!

If not the weightwatchers wraps - I use their pitta breads...yum!!
  • Tesco's light choices are quite big and 135cals

Thanks guys. Since our local morrisons doesn't have the weight watchers ones, I'll head to tesco and try a pack of each! Thanks again.

gave up looking for lo- cal wraps.
instead i use either weight watchers malted danish 104 cals for 2 slices or
sandwich thins at 100 cals per.
  • Joseph's Lavash wraps are 100 cals apiece, and they are HUGE. I usually half mine. Their pitas are only 60 cals as well.
