I started my weight loss journey in 2010 with a personal trainer. I learned perseverance and exercises that wouold transform my body. Initially I didn't see huge results but I did notice my body changing. Then I took the tips I learned, along with a change in diet and implemented them into a wellness plan that worked best for me. I slacked here and there but during 2011 I got serious about my health and made big changes and stuck with them. Since getting serious I've lost 40 pounds. I exercise regularly and eat to live. I am so proud of myself and love my results. I encourage anyone who is unhappy with their weight or want to live a healthier life, take charge and do something about it. You can do it!!!!!
