So I work at a place where there is a cafeteria--they have a wide variety of things, and some pretty decent healthier options that change every week.

This is one of those days that a salad is just not gonna cut it--however, straying from that is hard, since they do not provide the calorie counts on most things.

Do you guys have anything like this? Do you think they even have the calorie counts available?

[Trying to decide between "two bean chicken chili" and a turkey on ciabatta sandwich, btw. :) but have no clue which one would be more low-cal. is chili as good of an option as i think it is?]

yes- i'd say the chili is the smarter choice-
ciabatta bread alone should hint that's not as healthy.
obviously its all in how they make it-but i'd say two bean chicken chili sounds healthier-- ask them to give you caloric and nutrient content- they may have it in their recipe books- even in large amounts- if they are making a recipe from a book and not winging it- there is likely nutritional info- and serving size suggestions
