What are drops?

What's another word for drops? I'm trying to find a video to demonstrate them for my blog readers, but I Googled drops and can't find anything. Like where you stand, drop all the way to your belly, chest to the floor, bring your legs in and "pop" back up, then do a little hop into the air once you're standing, and repeat.
Is there another name for this that I should Google?
TIA

Sounds like burpees to me.0

No because you don't go into you plank. You actually go all the way to the ground and lay on the ground, THEN come back up. UGH. I wish I knew what this is called.
Is this just some sick joke the trainer plays on us? LOL0 -
We do these at curcuit class and the trainer calls them up and downs.
After a minute of them I'm ready to go down and stay down!:laugh:0 -
I know right!! LOL
I Googled "up downs", but got plank videos. The one where you're in plank and go down on elbow then the other, then back up on one arm then the other.
I think I found something that works though. I found one of a guy doing burpees and getting REALLY low, so I think that should work.0
