    that is of course entirely different for each person, their health status, etc, but MFP calculates that for you on your profile, so if you put 'active' for day to day lifestyle, it will adjust to that for you

    You can estimate by taking your BMR and multiply it by 1.375 as it's a lightly active lifestyle.

    The only way to tell that is to get a fit bit. I was doing some research on them cause I am thinking about getting one. The actually keep track of your calories burned all day. It has 3D motion sensor technology that measures the elevation of your movements. Fit bit even monitors brain waves while sleeping and tells you how long and how well you slept. And you can link it straight to mfp. They are on the pricey side $99.95.

    depends look at the difference between BMR and maintenance calories. The more active you are the bigger the difference. Most likely anywhere from 200-1200 calories/day, again depending on activity level and your current size.

    This amount should already be accounted for in your MFP caloric intake.
