This recipe is great! Don't let the pumpkin fool you! I have made it several times and my family doesn't even realize that it is "healthy" and they are usually pretty good at detecting & rejecting my attempts to cook healthfully.

Have never tried this soup, but LOVE pumpkin in soups! it adds a creaminess while still being super healthful. It doesn't taste like what most people would think "pumpkin" tastes like, don't be afraid.
