Pepper steak! Stir fry lean strips of steak with bell pepper and onions. Add a bit of A1 sauce and your favorite spices. or you could saute the peppers with mushrooms and put them on top of a turkey burger. Try a healthy version of philly cheese steak? i also like to cut up bell peppers, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese add a bit of low cal Italian dressing it makes a great side dish!0
