Hello!
I feel a bit different from everyone else here, as I don't want to lose weight, in fact pretty much the opposite. I'm currently around 1.85m and 90kg (6'1 191lbs in old money!) so not skinny, not huge. I also don't really have a target for my weight, as I am more interested in my strength and my sports performance.
I came across this site, as it was recommended as a good way to track food, in terms of making sure I get enough protein, carbs and fat etc... to fuel my exercise. However as there seems to be quite an active community of people here, I thought I would say hello and get involved in that side too, hopefully so I can learn from others and also help others out.
