I've been at this for a while. Proud to say I'm experiencing some success. It hasn't been easy every day but persistent & consistent work is paying off. I started a blog to begin documenting my weight loss journey... I hope my transparency helps others on their journey Below is a link to my first post. It even has a before and after picture. I'm nowhere near where I want to be but I'm on my way!!
