Help identifying this Indian dessert!

Ok, a few weeks ago I went to an Indian restaurant and had this AMAZING dessert. I thought it was kulfi, though apparently all kulfi is like an ice cream.
It had a similar flavor, and it had a consistancy like phyllo dough in little square cakes. When you started eating it, it dissolved in your mouth, almost like cotton candy. It was sweet, and had pistachios, and it tasted like cardamom (hence thinking it was a type of kulfi). Any help? I'd love to try to find a recipe!

Many of these are similar, but here is a link which you can filter through and see if anything matches (of course most every desert has pistachios or almonds and cardamom). Good luck

Thank you so much!
I'm going to give it a shot... the really unique thing to the dessert was its texture. Like I said... its almost like someone made a bunch of cotton candy, and pressed it in a gigantic press into cakes. So so so good!0
