Simple, Healthy, & Easy =)

This is one of my ultimate favorite very very simple meals. Anyone could do this...just sharing my favorite healthy meal!

6 oz. chicken breast
1 cup fresh snap green beans
1/2 sweet potato (or half cup)
Olive oil
Brown Sugar

Calories: 384 (without brown sugar 354 cals)
Protein: 39g
Carbs: 36g
Fat: 11g
Fiber: 7g

All i did was pan fry both chicken and green beans and baked the sweet potato. Use your own seasonings. I like lemon pepper and garlic.

    Love it!! I do things like this a lot!! I don't have a lot of time, either, and it is a really well balanced meal!!

    Oh btw it just adds more cals but taste great and good for you... try adding sesmee oil to green beans.. wow! My brother taught me that.

    Nice and easy and looks tasty. You reminded me to do something with the fresh green beans sitting in the fridge!
    Edit that - the green beans didn't survive - should have used them sooner.
    Question: Did you boil or steam the green beans first before pan-frying or were they frozen ones?

    Oh no... what else do you put it on? I never bought it before he told me to try on green beans! Now I can't eat them with out it!
