This is one of my ultimate favorite very very simple meals. Anyone could do this...just sharing my favorite healthy meal!
6 oz. chicken breast
1 cup fresh snap green beans
1/2 sweet potato (or half cup)
Olive oil
Brown Sugar
Calories: 384 (without brown sugar 354 cals)
Protein: 39g
Carbs: 36g
Fat: 11g
Fiber: 7g
All i did was pan fry both chicken and green beans and baked the sweet potato. Use your own seasonings. I like lemon pepper and garlic.
ENJOY!

Nice and easy and looks tasty. You reminded me to do something with the fresh green beans sitting in the fridge!
Edit that - the green beans didn't survive - should have used them sooner.
Question: Did you boil or steam the green beans first before pan-frying or were they frozen ones?0 -
