    Welcome! My recommendation would be to utilize friends on here :) My support system on MFP is constantly motivating me, encouraging me, and keeping me on track. I used the site for awhile just to log calories in and out, but it really started making a difference when I began communicating with others. Feel free to add me if you'd like!

    Welcome - this site is great. I've been doing it for over a month - only seriously for about two weeks. Welcome as many friends as you want - I find that to be a great motivator and what I love about MFP. I will send you a friend request. Stay positive - you can do this.
