BMR/TDEE - Do I still eat my exercise calories?

I am 5'8'', 33 years old and weight 166lbs. I calculated my BMR (1500 calories) and my TDEE with 3-5 45-60 minute workouts a week (putting me at about 2200 calories a day). I am planning to create an 800 calorie a day deficit so I have set me calorie intake on MFP at 1600. Since my TDEE takes into account my workouts, I am assuming that I am not to eat back any additional exercise calories .... right??

Exactly...If you exceed 5 workouts, then maybe you can have a treat, but I did the same thing and it gave me the kick I needed

    Right.

Either calculate your TDEE w/o exercise (the way MFP does) and eat them.

Or calculate it with and eat at a constant level all the time but you've got to make sure you DO exercise since you are eating the calories for it.

But 800 calories is a pretty big deficit for someone of your size. I'd recommend 300-500.

Oops! I meant 600 calories. I read that a 500 calorie deficit is adequate for weight loss, I just added another 100 as my margin of error.
