RUNNING! My best friend my legs have never been this toned, not even in high school. Although I'm still fighting saddle bags, my legs are def one of my fav improved areas!0 -

Thank you for this post. I'm starting out with 50 pounds more, but my goal weight is the same. I'm almost an inch taller than you (LOL - I'm never taller than anyone). It is so helpful to see where I'm going, especially when the road is so long and difficult.

Aside from my two year old, I'm always the shortest lol. I started March of last year but honestly this could have been done faster. I had rough weeks and plateaus that slowed me down but I'm human lol I can't be perfect all day every day. Every once in awhile I fall off the wagon but I'm sooooo close to my goal! My first goal was 150 and a size 12 or 10. I got there and decided to go smaller though.0 -
