need i say more? happy kale eating. ive been looking for simple ways to slip more kale into my daily diet.

    LOVE Kale. Wish I could get it cheaper during winter in the MidWest but that will never happen. Oh summer how I miss you.

    I usualy make some sort of mashed root vegi and kale and end up mixing them anyhow. Guess I never thought of just doing it outright.

    i got lucky because i live in arizona so basically its kale all year round

    I found it at Walmart in a pre packaged bag 3lbs for 3.98 I think. And I live in OK. Its chopped so not good for chips but everything else.
