i started my t.o.m. today at 2am (i started on the 16th last month) and im in a lot of pain. It's like the first 2 days im really hurting, then after that i'll have a little discomfort which isn't bad and im fine. I'm not on any pill right now. Idk what else to do about the pain. :frown:

I used to cramp incredibly bad. I had a uterine fibroid which made my TOM extra painful... I eventually had to have a hysterectomy, but I have two kiddos and it worked out great (so don't freak out  )
Have you discussed it with your doctor?
Also, your diet can have a huge impact on your TOM...Lots of caffeine is a no no....makes the cramps extra bad... Also, I found that certain foods made it worse for me too....like bananas...I have no idea why, but they did...
Sorry... I know how it feels....

Have you seen a doctor about this? It could be endometriosis that is causing the pain. It may be a good idea to talk to your doctor. There are tests they can perform to diagnosis whether it's endometriosis or not. Also, my doctor recommended that I take aleve over motrin or midol. He says it is better. I hope you feel better!:flowerforyou:

Girl, I am the same way.

The only thing I can really tell ya is, Ibuprofen and a heating pad.

If the pain is to the point of you not being able to function, see a doctor. I had to a few year back, and I checked out ok, but they gave me prescription meds to help with the pain as needed.
