I'm currently on a workout DVD kick until I get a gym membership. While I absolutely love the 30 day shred, she has a lot of different ones out now that I want to try.
So which JM workout DVD's have you tried?

I also have 30 day shred but I have done the "no more trouble zones" and "boost metabolism" ones and they are both GREAT workouts. I'm hoping to be able to get her new program body revolution. Its pricey so its just not in my budget right now.0

i've done the 30 day shred which was great and I did the Yoga Meltdown dvd once. After I tried Yoga Meltdown I was sore for a few days. Either it was crazy tough or I went at it too strong. It is probably a combination of both. I also have her Boost your Metabolism dvd but I haven't tried it yet. I get bored of the dvds pretty fast.0

I've only ever done six week six pack, so I would have to go with that0

I really liked Killer Buns and Thighs. Especially Level 2 - it was a killer! I am a bit disappointed, though, that Level 3 is easier than Level 2, and my *kitten* isn't sore afterwards.
I've also done 30DS (great!), RI30 (also great, except for Week 3, if I'm not mistaken, which I hated), and both NMTZ and BFBM - these gave me a great burn!0 -
Ive tried all except Shred it and Extreme shred and shed. I like No more trouble zones the best, its long but effective and very good overall dvd that still makes you sweat. Right now im doing Ripped level 1 and 2 again and have found it to be excellent for targetting upper body combining these two into one workout. I prefer the ones where you can easily track your progress with the numbers of reps youve done from last time, and since theres a lot of pushups etc in both of theese I like them alot.0

I've got all the ones that are available in Europe - so 30DS, 6 Week 6 Pack, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones, Killer Buns and Thighs and Ripped in 30.
The ones I do most regularly are NMTZ and BFBM (but I do this with weights now even though she doesn't mention doing so!). I got a bit bored of 30DS and 6W6P but those are the ones that I've had the longest so that's probably why. I think I'd say that Ripped in 30 is the most challenging - I tend to do workouts 3 and 4 back to back and find that give me a really good exercise session. As you can see, I love Jillians workouts!!0 -
I just did 6 week 6 pack for the first time. While I'm not sweating as much as after 30DS, my abs, lower back and sides feel RIPPED! In a good way. :bigsmile:0

I really like no more trouble zones:smokin:0

I enjoyed the shred but am loving the Ripped in 30 because it's a tad more challenging than the shred! I want to try the trouble zones next...if I have any trouble zones after finishing Ripped!! I'm on level 2 this week!0

After attempting the 30DS I was wondering if there is a DVD of her being tortured? That would get my vote :laugh:0

Definitely Six Week Six Pack, simply because I don't get bored with it and it makes your core burn!0
