What are your feelings on zig zagging, regardless of hitting a plateau or not?

I like the zigging part a lot better than the zagging part.
My unscientific opinion... developing healthy eating habits is complicated enough without taking arbitrary steps to make it even more so. But some people say it works for them. Try it and see if it is worth the extra effort.0 -
My honest feeling is that you might be measuring too often, so you see the bumps instead of the trends.
I know I do, I should really only enter measurements every week or two. There's a reason they don't have weight-in's on Biggest Loser every day!
Re-reading your post, I'm not sure i have understood what you are asking, so feel free to ignore me lol !!0 -
After hitting a plateau for about 2 months, i decided to give this a go, and its worked for me. I've read on here, radom threads where it has worked for people but i was afraid to put on weight, again.
But after reading an article that Jiliian Michaels had done, regarding eating more cals one day a week, i decided to give it a go. And its worked. Along with zigzagging my calories, Jilian Michaels 30DS, i'm steadily losing weight again.
Not saying it would work for everyone though..0
