100 pounds! Before and After

This morning I hit the 100 pounds lost mark! I still want to lose another 15 or so and tone up some more. But here's what I've got so far 
Height: 5' 5"
Starting weight: 260
Current weight: 160
I actually lost about 30 pounds before this picture was taken, so this is about 230...
And this is about 5 pounds ago, at 165:
I showed the following head shot to my son, and he had no idea it was me!
And after:
