    That is such an accomplishment! You should be very proud of yourself. And I agree with what everyone is saying...you look like a different person! I would like to add you as a friend. I've also got 100 lbs or more to loose - but just beginning my journey. Only lost 21 as of today! Congratulations!

    You look incredible! Great job. Did you workout? If so, what was your workout program like? Not to be too personal but do you have a problem with excess skin? This is my greatest fear as I pursue my goal.

    Yes, I worked out :) I started with the Couch to 5K program, finished that and kept running. I started 30 Day Shred about 6 weeks ago and have seen spectacular results. I'm doing two levels at once now for a 40 minute workout plus running a few times a week.

    I do have loose skin. I was worried about it for awhile, but now I consider it a battle scar and a reminder of what I've done :) I'm going to give it some time to snap back over the next year or two before I get too worried about it. It already looks a lot better with resistance training, so I'm hopeful :)

    You are such an inspiration to me! I needed this today. I also am on the 100 lb quest. Actually would love a bit more but I am taking this one day at a time.

    Staying consistent with tracking food and being honest with myself. I actually found myself signing on to MFP last night to check if I had room to eat a cookie within my calories!

    Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!
