but I find this to be motivating. I noticed this morning that the foot of the runner on my ticker is just about touching my goal weight! That makes me happy. I am so close to closing the weight loss chapter of my journey and opening the maintain chapter.

    I think the title for your post is the best... something I say to myself often, and I am completely OK with it. Congratulations on your progress - what a great achievement!
