Caolrie Burn from My Fitness Coach (wii)

I love My Fitness Coach, it's an exercise video that keeps on changing so it's never boring - and I can use my step with it as well! My question for people that have used this is, do you think that the "calories burned" that comes up at the end is accurate? It always seems on the low side... (still, I'd rather it was telling me I'd burnt less than I really had, as opposed to the other way around!)
Any thoughts? Anyone out there got a HRM and so can determine how accurate the programme is? Just curious really!

just as a comparison to add food for thought, I just did 13 minutes step aerobics, and mfp calculates that to be around the 141 calorie mark. Earlier I did a 45 minute workout on my fitness coach, which included aerobic warmups of the same intensity for about 15/20 of the 45 minutes, then strength exercises for the remaining amount, and it told me I burnt 135 calories0
