Need Some Help With Exercise

Morning from Scotland
I started my journey on the 1st Dec last year.
Male
5ft 11"
39 years old
248 lbs
Neck = 18.5"
Chest = 47.5"
Waist = 48.5"
Very Very Very unfit
24th Feb
228 lbs
Neck = 17.25"
Chest = 43.75"
Waist = 43.25"
I have got my diet down to a low carb high protein based diet
Breakfast = 2 eggs + 2 egg whites omelette
Snack = Protein shake
Lunch = Home made soup tomato based
Snack = Tuna
Dinner = Home made soup + Lean meat / poultry + Lentils + green veg
4 litres of water per day aswell
I started out jogging for 5 minutes then last week i completed my first 10k
I started also do starting strength aswell.
I try to cycle to my work.
All fine you think and dandy but i need some help.
In 10 weeks time i am away to Orlando for 3 weeks and i want to really knuckle down and shift some more as i hate going to water parks etc and havign to wear a t shirt cos im fat. I really wanted to get to 217 lbs before i went so i still need to shift 11 lbs. My ideal target would be 210 lbs before i went so that would be 18 lbs in 10 weeks but i think that is pushing the extreme boundaries.
My problem is that i really need to upmy exercise but dont know what to do. I do weight one day with 20 mins running at the end then the next day i do steady state cardio for 1 hour. I feel i can do better as i need to push myself harder but i am still quite unfit and just need some help on how to up it to the next level
people say do HIIT but i dont think i am fit enough to do it and dont know what to do. Also everone raves about kettle bells
i still have a really fat stomach and boobs
