OK, so i have a question for you all... i am allowing my self 1370 calories a week. Now on days like today when i did 30ds i have "extra" calories that i burned working out. Now, not always do i eat these calories, sometime i only use a couple sometimes never do. Is that bad that i am not always eating them. i am staying in my goal and i am eatng, no i dont feel hungry, sometimes yes i need to eat a couple to get a snack in, sometimes i dont. what is your op ion on this?

There are differing opinions. Depending on how many Calories we're talking about has an effect as well (e.g., 300 or 1000). If the number is on the smaller side, probably not much of a worry if you don't. On the larger side, it makes more sense to eat at least a reasonable number back (e.g., if it's 1000, eat back at least 500-750).
  • thanks... usually it is about 150-500... im doing smaller workouts
