Im really confused as I see some people's diary and it really doesn't seem like they eat enough food. Is eating under 1200 really good for you? I thought you need to eat to lose weight.

If they are eating a balance of foods, feel good and don't have any issues. Good for them. I am usually between 1000-1300 calories a day. I don't try to stay under 1200 but I don't kill myself getting their either. I plan my day in the morning and log what I plan to eat. I fix it as the day goes on if something changes. I try to eat a balance and make sure I stay within my macros. I will usually eat some of my exercise calories but again, I don't go out of my way to do it. My goal is to not be hungry. To be healthy. And to be happy. I don't like to eat, just because I'm supposed to.0

I don't know how they do it! That would kill me! I have been eating 1800 - 2000 calories a day and that is working just fine for me. But I'm sure as I lose more weight, I'll have to lower my calorie intake.... but you're right... 1200 just doesn't seem like enough!0
