    I wore my HRM recently....... for a three hour window (playing AND business) it was around 1100, for us. I think it would depend on your uhm, appetite.

    I've wondered this myself, but can never bring myself to wear the heart rate monitor through out! Somehow I feel like that might be a mood killer. :)
