Hi All!
I joined MFP mid August, 2011. I have had some success logging in at first religiously, then just keeping a close eye on my intake. My daughter joined with me and has logged in for 190 days in a row. I have been working hard to eat and provide healthy food choices for my daughters and I, but I am looking for some help being accountable for logging in and getting moving!!! I am a single mom, recently widowed, with twin 15 year old daughters. While my girls are great motivation and support for me to get healthy, I am hoping to expand my circle of health with some new friends from MFP, any takers?

I'm always happy to take on new friends, but I do delete if you a) put cooking down as an exercise (yes did have someone do that) b) expect motivation etc but don't give back and c) don't log in for three consecutive days without good reason.
Obviously the word 'you' does not mean one person in particular but people as a whole.
I am wholly serious about my journey and only want friends that have the same values.
If anyone wishes to add me, please send a request with a message letting me know which thread you're adding me from. (So I know if it's for a particular reason or not.)0 -

I myself like motivation, it let´s me know I am not alone and that I will accomplish my goals because others have been there. I am more then happy to be a friend.0
