1 month on MFP

It has been nearly 40 days on MFP, and i lost 5 Kg so far.

Thanks for the amzing, wonderful, smart app. My life will througly change in the next few monthes

Hope can get some MFP friends to share everyone's experiences.

    I've been here two weeks - managed to lose 2.3kg thanks to mfp app combined with endomondo

    Onwards and downwards to you, me and everyone else :D
