Ok, we are gonna change this up a lil bit.
Jumping Jacks - 200
Crunches - 75
Sit-ups - 25
Do as many as you can and you can do them any style you want.
The important thing is that you try to so them.
My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics.

whew way harder then I thought i did the 25 sit ups, 50 crunches but only 100 jumping jacks0

Broke leg so no jumping jacks...did 15 girly push ups instead. 80 crunches and 30 situps :~)0
