I have always worked out but with fitnesspal I am counting calories for the first time. I wouldn't mind having pals on here. Anyone want to be a buddy? I want to slim down some but I am not in a real big hurry. This site is making me more aware of serving sizes.

    Hi there! I also am beginning to count calories. Its something I have never payed attention to before. I just joined this site but have been on others that didnt seem to work because I didnt get that community support. Anyway I'd love to stay in contact and support each other!
