Not a HUGE loss but I have made some tone improvements. I started at 141 and am at 128ish now (5'5). I would probably be a bit better off but I suffered from "jumping off the wagon" for the month of December.

    It really isn't that bad! The weights take the longest and even that is only about 20 minutes. The HIIT is only 12 minutes. So at least both of them are over quickly. I could probably get better/faster results if I did longer workouts but that isn't the highest priority in my life at the moment. Maybe this summer that will change.
