Saturday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Arm curls Let's see if we can do 200 of them, 100 per arm

You must do as many as you possibly can in the first set then you can break your sets down how ever you want.

You can use anything you want as weights.

You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups. If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics. Also, you can modify them if you need to for medical reasons but the basic form must stay the same. In other words if we are doing a leg challenge you can't do that exercise for some reason try to make sure your alternate exercise works the legs in some way.

    Okay I am up for the challenge. I have some dumbbells I am going to use. I think my dumbbell weighs 3lbs. I am going to do 100 bicep curls each arm! Yeah!

    I just hope I remember to report back on this...

    Not a 'mini' challenge for me by any means, but I'll try it :) Don't have weights but I suppose a 500ml water bottle would do the trick?

    Do we have to report back here or just log it in our exercise log? Never done a challenge here before, so excuse the questions!

    I have counted the 90 armcurls my trainer made me do, they were in reps of 15 ea and 2.5 kg weights, did the rest 110 of them nonstop, 55 each hand, 1.7 kg weights

    I'm in. I only have 8lb weights so I'll use those for my first ones and go out and buy heavier ones for the last ones! Let's get it

    I think I did at least 100 with the 30 day shred. I can't find my weights, but I did it with soup cans.... I refuse to let now having the right equipment be an excuse/ :-) (I definitely did in the past)
