I'm new to this but it's such a fantastic idea! I'm not overweight but I've put a few pounds on over the last year through working a sedentary job with lots of people who can bake amazingly. I want to get rid of those last few lbs before the summer so I can feel confident without a big puffy winter coat on! I'm doing this by restricting my calorie intake to 1200 a day so that I'm forced to make better choices about the types of food I eat (I have THE WORST sweet tooth) as well as running 3-4 times a week and eating those extra calories.
