Size 12 to Size 6 in 5 months!

Starting weight: 161.3 lbs
Current weight: 129.9 lbs
Lost: 31.4 lbs

I was a size 12 (probably even toying with size 14 although I never bought any). Now I am size 6! Getting close to my goal weight (120lbs) which should put me back into those size 4s! I will post pics when I get there!

    For all you asking for secrets-there isn't one! Log your food, move your body, drink your water. Burn more calories than you consume but fuel your body so it can perform. There ya' go!

    You will find that you start eating more quality calories because you get more food than when you eat junk food. I still eat whatever I want in moderation though. Learn your triggers-if you can't eat just one serving of girl scout cookies-don't leave them where you can get to them (I made my husband HIDE ours and I eat one serving a night). If chips are your downfall, don't have them in the house.

    Way to go! That's awesome! I am currently in a size 12 and would like to get down to an 8. I've lost 68 lbs so far, but probably have about another 25 to go before I'll get there. Any tips?
