Getting energised after TurboFire

What's a good way to recuperate after a Turbofire session (not shakeology)?
I've tried fresh vegetable juice, and fruit smoothies (for some kind of natural sugar hit), not working terribly well. I also try eating after (seeing as I have all those extra calories now), that's not working either (look at diary. Everything from the veg juice onwards has been post turbo).

Haven't tried it, but I heard somewhere that the best post-workout (and nonexpensive) recovery drink is good old chocolate milk. Seems to work well for my 4 year old, but, like I said, haven't tried it myself. I usually eat a couple of eggs. The protein keeps me going.0

I drink a glass of chocolate milk (skim milk and Hershey's Lite syrup). I've heard that is actually the best thing to drink after a workout. Also, Im too cheap to have Shakeology every day.0

The best thing you can do is eat 1 hour before the workout, drink water during the workout and simple protein shake after. Um, chocolate milk should not be a part of anyone's diet who is trying to lose weight. You probably just busted your *kitten* off with Turbofire for that glass of chocolate milk. It's like processed foods. You can read more here http://www.beskinny.me/processed-foods-weight-loss/0

I understand why you would think it wouldn't be a good idea but it's been working for me.
Oh, and there's this: http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/recipes/healthy-eating/superfoods/chocolate-milk-after-workout/0 -
I drink almond milk with weigh protein in it. Or I have 2 oz of ham with string cheese.0
