variation on crustless quiche

i just finished eating this, verrrry good! i usually make the crustless quiche that was posted here last year, but with fat free cheddar and with flour. this time i used feta [an odd measurement because i was just using the rest of the container] and no flour to have lower carbs.
make sure to spray the pie dish with non stick spray!
i saute the chopped onions and bacon and while that is going i mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and add salt and pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. then add the bacon and onion when they're cooked and pour in pie dish, bake @ 350 for an hour or till the center is set.

I've been looking for a quiche recipe for my boyfriend and I as we are both trying to lose 40 pounds (for a total of 80 between the two of us)
We are shooing for an October 2013 wedding and I want to get healthy now so we can start to maintain a healthy weight
I don't want to lose weight just before the wedding just to gain it all back and then some like a lot of brides0
