Meatball subs?

I'll tell ya..I love my meatball subs. I don't think I had one from subway since I started my journey, but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy them and make healthier versions. The craving is there, and was thinking about getting some 100% whole wheat/multigrain sub bread and lean beef to do some and dipping them into a sauce..but how do you do it? what ingredients do you use? just wondering. :bigsmile:

Elie Krieger has a good recipe for turkey meatballs. I have made it several times though I usually use jarred sauce instead of making my own. It is here:
