hello , i stumbled on this website while looking up a calorie count for something. My story goes like this 7 years ago i weighed 265 lbs, i decided to change my life and joined my church program called first place. Shortly after a year i lost over 100 lbs. I have had a complete life change this the day i started. Anyway i am back here now because i am getting married in may and i want to lose about ten lbs before my wedding on the beach.. My story is so far in depth i will continue further into that later on. I will go for now.
