    Done 50 each arm with 1.5kg weights and 50 with 3.25kg weights.

    Done! Cheated a little. Did the first 36 as part of my regular shoulder rehab exercises. Thanks for the motivation to get them done.

    Challenge: Accepted. Challenge: Complete! I broke up sets in between machines. It was easier than I thought it would be!
  • DONE!! I use a 1-lb weight bar and then I challenged myself to do 100 tricep extensions also! I completed those too! My arms are shakey right now but I am so proud to have completed the challenge! Thanx! :)
