cravings!! help!!

I am craving ANYTHING with cheese and meat lol like, pizza or pasta!! My will power is about ---->[ ]<---- this big right now...and I dont know what to do...I dont want veggies or fruit...I've been trying to keep the craving at bay with that stuff all day...NOT WORKING...so do I give in and get pasta or a slice of pizza or do I work through it some more...keep in mind its been on my mind ALLLLL DAYYY.

  • There is nothing wrong with eating cheese! If you want cheese, eat it! Work it into your calories plan. Cheese is fine.

    Find a way to work it in.

    I just finished eating 300 calories of 90grams havarti cheese.

    Thanks for giving me this idea to eat it. Really enjoyed it:D

  • go to the gym or work out a lil and have a piece of pizza! i really don't see the harm in that.
  • Cheese is totally ok in moderation! And as far as pizza goes - make your own so you know what goes into it. You can even make a mini pizza or put pizza ingredients into a pita - not the same but it should help some... BTW having a cheat day once in a while is actually good for you!
