My question is if you are going to use an artifical or non sugar sweetner which one if any is best, or least objectionable?

I like sucralose but I get it plain and not in Splenda. I suppose if you are going for natural stick to agave and stevia. Both are from plants and not "processed" which some people have a huge issue with. I don't.0

I like the OH Agave Light brand of sweetener. It does have calories, but just a touch goes a long way in your coffee. I have not tried cooking with it, but have used it to replace my pancake syrup and love it. The Glycemic index is very low on it, and it is natural.0

I like both agave nectar and honey, even though I usually go for raw sugar.0

Splenda. If I want a diet soda, it must have Splenda and not aspartame. Like Diet Rite (LOVE THOSE) and Splenda Coke have Splenda in them...it tastes a lot better.0

tastewise? depends. i use saccharine for coffee, and truvia for most other things. i think the juice i like has splenda.
trying out stevia a bit, also. it seems ok.0 -
I don't sweeten anything but my oatmeal, and then I use pure honey.0
